The second day in the US of A was a perfect summer day. We went to see the chocolate moose at the candy factory and then on to a walk in a coastal marsh. It was the glorious day, although I've never had a chocolate moose on my agenda before. It seems that he had been shellacked so I couldn't nibble.

Maine is a beautiful state. I've been there a few times. I prefer the coastal areas though.
A chocolate mouse? Are you sure you're not confusing it with mousse au chocolat?
